1. Use of the App

By using ProViska, you agree to use it responsibly and not for any illegal or abusive purposes.

2. Ownership

The app, content, and brand belong to the creators of ProViska. You may not resell or repackage the app without permission.

3. No Guarantees

This app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or specific performance. We're always improving, but use at your own risk.

4. Lifetime Access Clause

Lifetime access means for the lifetime of the app or service. We reserve the right to phase out older features (e.g., legacy storage plans).

6. Cloud Storage & Lifetime Access Limitations

Early access users and lifetime license holders are granted cloud sync capabilities, with the following conditions:

• Data Cap: Lifetime access includes up to 5 GB of total synced media per user account. This includes photos, videos, and attachments.
• Storage Duration: Your synced data will remain accessible until at least December 31, 2029. After this date, ProViska may migrate older data to archive storage or require a low-cost upgrade for continued access.
• Retention Policy: ProViska may retain the most recent 12 months of inspections as “active,” with older data archived or purged. Users may be offered a ZIP download of archived reports before deletion.
• Fair Use: Lifetime access is intended for reasonable personal or small business use. Abuse (e.g. syncing hundreds of GBs of video) may result in usage limitations or upgrade requirements.

These policies ensure we can continue to serve all users fairly while managing cloud costs sustainably. Lifetime users will be notified in advance if any changes affect their access or storage.
